From a two-PC setup in a Surry Hills warehouse to a 40-seat training floor, IronQuest Champions has spent seven years turning passionate players into podium finishers.

The garage roster
Four friends and two rigs booked their first amateur Valorant bracket — and placed dead last. That loss became the blueprint for structured, data-driven practice.

Doors open on Mary Street
We opened a dedicated 40-seat training floor in Surry Hills with fibre uplink, coach review rooms, and a streaming studio for match analysis.

First national title
Our academy squad took the ANZ Challenger Series crown, and three alumni signed to tier-one organisations the same year.

1,200 players coached
Today we run weekly ladders, junior programs, and pro boot camps — with more than 1,200 players coached and 60+ tournament placements.
